20 years and still going strong
Bridges of Iowa enters our twentieth year with new energy, a revitalized mission, and the same commitment to providing hope and opportunity for those looking to escape or to avoid the cycle of criminality and addiction. Our new mission statement, “we invite you to a better life,” expresses the essence of our unique program for the people participating in it as well as for those partnering with us in the work we do–opportunity.
The Bridges of Iowa program provides the opportunity for us to work together to make our central-Iowa community better. We’ve already invited thousands of program participants to embrace new, transformed lives as productive, successful members of our community. Now we’re inviting the members of the community we serve to partner with us in our work in order to allow us to expand our reach and to help even more people in the next 20 years.
Everyone can make an impact, and we have more opportunities than ever to get involved. Come to one our graduations on the first Thursday of every month to hear stories of transformation and hope.
